Pipe floater (pipe floats) is widely used for supporting suction/discharge hoses. They are made from high wear-resistant LMDPE by rotational molding technology. Dredge floats are also manufactured in a way that will allow them to absorb the energy from vessel collision, to protect the pipelines that they are supporting. Double reinforced hardware on every float ensures a safe and secure connection to the pipe. A pipe float set comprises of 2 pipe float halves and a galvanized assembly kit, Stainless Steel kits are available, manufactured from Recyclable and VOC-free polyethylene.
Structure of Pipe Floater:
- Hull: polyethylene
- Foam: high-density polyethylene foam
- Connection: steel bolts
